What I learned from roller skating...

Trying to use solely your upper arm to prevent a fall by desperately jabbing at the wall with your elbow is a good way to ensure matching bruises on both your arm and buttocks.

of course, i'm not allowed to leave the house anymore and my parole officer says my facial tick has lessoned.
