Nosmo King For Me!
I quit smoking on December 8th. I have smoked on and off for 9 years and pretty proud of myself for this whole week of remaining nicotine-free. I don't need you, nicotine! In two weeks, my lungs are going to start developing new cilia and my bronchial tree will be clean clean clean!

Good on you. My brother quit smoking a few years ago. He says once you make it past the 30-day mark you're pretty much done.
a lady i work with said she quit thirty years ago and still craves it everyday. hopefully i will be more like your brother!
