Dear concerned and uninformed reader:
Your nephew is definitely on drugs and this a bad one. It's called testosterone and I am afraid he is addicted. There is no hope of him getting past this one and he will be living with it for the rest of his life. The good news is that its not illegal and is really very common in about 50% of the population. There are support groups available for family members of such inflicted people. Check your local listings or ask your husband about it.
